How Could $500+ Change A Life?

What types of things might grant funds be used to get?

  • Skills training, uniform, or business investment.
  • Application fees, a class teaching independent

living skills or home furnishings.

  • Class registration, membership fee, or adaptive

equipment.

  • You tell us!

  • 18 years and older and receive waiver services or PCA
  • r PCA Choice

(Alternative Care, Brain Injury, Community Alternative Care, Community Access for Disability Inclusion, Developmental Disabilities or Elderly waiver or receive PCA or PCA Choice)

OR

  • 16 years and older with an IEP in a setting 3 or 4

(spending most of the day in a classroom with other students with disabilities)

AND

Be willing to share their microgrant story and participate in a program evaluation.
