Rules & Regulation

Booth Payment

• No exhibitor may begin stand building or move his exhibits into the exhibition floor
• r surrounding areas until full payment has been received by the Exhibition

Committee. Business Activities

• No Business activity shall be conducted by exhibitor and / or his co – delegate
• utside their booth boundaries such as distribution of promotional materials
• utside their booths.
• Aisle ways indicated on the floor plan must be kept clear of all exhibition goods or

decoration materials in order to facilitate traffic. Highly Recommended that all chairs and table to be placed at least 50 cm from the booth line boundaries. Sound and audio visual

• Exhibitors are not allowed to produce loud sound, sirens or use any audiovisual

facility.

Rules & Regulation

• Related to the Official GDS Support All Travel Agent must fill in and sign the GDS

Equipment Application Form and send it back to the Organizer

• All Agents will be provided with official GDS Support Computers based on square

meters taken and equipped with 1 (one) printer.

• Using Other GDS is not allowed, if your company using other GDS system beside

Supporting GDS, organizing committee have right to put a penalty on you by taking away the pc/notebook from the booth until the end of the event. We shall returned the pc/ notebook back after the event finished
