  • Standard Uranium’s exploraDon team was

assembled to find the next major uranium discovery in the Southwest Athabasca Basin

  • The Davidson River land package is the

largest unexplored highly prospecDve target in the Southwest Athabasca Basin

  • The Clearwater Domain Mirror Theory

suggests the exploraDon corridors on the west of the Clearwater Domain could have similar uranium deposits as those on the east

  • Standard Uranium’s management have

proven success in raising capital and public company markeDng

The beauty of buying at this point in the cycle is, we don’t have to be precisely correct – we just have to be generally correct. . . What I mean is: since uranium prices are s3ll very low, and uranium producers are even lower – there isn’t much downside risk from here. Palisade Research

Team, Timing, & Target

  • The two greatest Dmes to be a

uranium investor are during a uranium market bull run and when a

  • Jr. exploraDon company makes a

major discovery

  • The greatest place in the world to

hunt for high grade uranium deposits is in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan Canada

  • The recent discoveries of over 400M

lbs of uranium have all been found in the southwest corner of the basin

  • The geologist that was part of those

discoveries is now hunDng once again in the region he believes could host the next major discovery Davidson River Project

The Clearwater domain is the source of the uranium found in the southwest Athabasca Basin The exploraDon corridors to the east of the Clearwater domain have had major uranium discoveries The exploraDon corridors to the west of the Clearwater domain have excellent potenDal to host similar deposits The corridors on the west of the domain have recently been discovered by Standard Uranium but they have never been drilled The Pa[erson Lake Corridor, which hosts the Spilire zone, Arrow deposit and Triple R deposit is interpreted to conDnue through the Clearwater Domain to the Davidson River Property

The project has not yet been tested for uranium by drilling, despite being located along the Shearwater “ExploraDon Corridor”, which has been interpreted as the conDnuaDon of the PaMerson Lake Corridor. The nearby PaMerson Lake Corridor contains several high-grade uranium deposits along an approximate 15-km length.
