Change Summary Gaining Altitude Change Element Change Element How It Works How It Works Manager will be prompted to fill out a nomination scorecard (not required) for Fly & Soar nominations to Nomination Evaluation Matrix ensure performance is appropriate for award level. If a manager nominates a direct report for a Lift award, it will be directed to the manager’s manager. The Manager Nominates Direct Report manager’s manager can elevate to Fly or Soar.
