Abany-Saratoga Sub Vets Memorial Foundation, Inc is a Not-For-Profit Corporation and Museum and a 501(C)(3) tax exempt organization. The Foundation has received a Provisional Charter from the NYS Education Department as a Foundation and Museum. Established by the Albany-Saratoga Base of United States Submarine Veterans Inc, the purpose of the Foundation is to establish a New York State Submariner’s Memorial and Museum to: Honor NYS Submariners lost in the service of their country. Establish a submarine research and reference center and museum. Collect, preserve and display historical objects and artifacts. Provide a meeting room for Submarine Lectures, meetings and ceremonies open to the public. Format Texas Scramble (pick the best drive, then each player plays their own ball, low net of foursome) each team will composed of three amateurs and one Sunbelt Senior Tour Pro. Entry Fee $250 per player. Includes green fees, cart fees, range balls, Pairings Party, refreshments during the tournament, Awards luncheon and Trophies awarded to 1st , 2nd & 3rd place teams, CTP Contests. CTP Contest Each par three will have a closest to the pin contest with the winner on each hole receiving a $300 Pro Shop gift card. Pairings Party Monday July 7, 6pm at the American Legion, Saratoga Springs, N.Y.

PRO/AM

Format

July 8 th 2008 9am Shotgun Start

• Preferred Lies are in effect.
• Pros hit from the black tees
• Amateurs, Men hit from the white tees, Ladies and Juniors hit from

the red tees.

Each team will consist of one Pro and three Amateurs. We are playing a Texas Scramble (Each player tees off and the

team captain picks the best drive. Each player then hits from within a club from the best drive and continues to play their own ball to the hole). The team's score recorded is the player with the lowest net score for that hole.

At any time on a hole, if a player determines their score for that hole

will not help the team, they may pick up to help speed up play.

All USGA rules shall apply. Ask your Pro if in doubt. After the Pro/Am turn your score card into Don Barnes at the
