initiate legal proceedings without having to bear the costs.

Funding Process

• SLF is responsible for all legal fees and

costs.

• SLF pays all fees relating to lawyers,

experts and other third parties.

• SLF bears the full financial risk.
• SLF is reimbursed only if the case is won,
