Placing an industrial park on this land plot will allow minimizing the costs of its construction (engineering and transport support), as well as reducing the time for putting its facilities into operation.

Sumy has long been known as an industrial city, which means that there are experienced professionals in the labor market, in particular in the mechanical engineering, chemical industry, etc. The population is 267.3 thousand people Able-bodied population - 62.4% Registered unemployed 2,123 people In addition, a significant number of residents of nearby settlements work in Sumy. Also, some of the new jobs created can be replenished by citizens who are currently unemployed.
