PRECONDITIONS Industrial Park “Sumy” was established in accordance with the decision of Sumy City Council dated May 23, 2018 No. 3498 – MR «On approval of the Concept of the Industrial Park “Sumy” and creation of Industrial Park “Sumy”» for or a peri eriod of of 30 30 yea ears. Project goals formation of favorable conditions for functioning and development of industrial enterprises; attraction of investments in economy of Sumy; development of modern production and market Infrastructure; increasing city attractiveness for investment; intensification of economic and industrial development; budget revenue growth at all levels; creating new jobs.
LOCATION AND SIZE OF LAND PLOT Location The land plot is owned by Sumy City Council. INFRASTRUCTURE A land plot of 17.5 17.5 ha is located in the northern part of Sumy, on the territory of the Northern Industrial Unit, near the city border.
