Where to locate STMS?

STMS is located at the following platforms:

  • 1. ServiceNow
  • for NTU staff or visiting staff
  • 2. GSLink or StudentLink:
  • for NTU postgrad or undergrad
  • 3. NIE Portal
  • for NIE staff or student

ServiceNow for NTU staff or visiting staff

  • 1. Go to ServiceNow @ NTU Service Portal.
  • 2. Type ‘Safety Training Management System’ in the Search Box.

GSLink or StudentLink for NTU postgrad or undergrad

  • 1. Go to General Services (GSLink) / Others (Student Link).
  • 2. Click on Safety Training Management System.

  • 2. Choose the Course.
  • 3. Click on Apply.
