RECOMMENDED LABOUR SCHEDULE - ROUTINE SERVICE

During a routine service visit by a Sterling Hydrotech engineer. The following items shall be performed and recorded on the work reports provided.

1.1) Check for quality of water. 1.2) Inspect and overall the Pool Filters, the valves, the Dosing pumps and Controllers, the UV units and comment on the overall condition of the plant room equipment. 1.3) Inspect the filter media condition and remove sample for analysis, if required. 1.4) Inspect and clean dosing pumps. 1.5) Check the level chemicals in the day tanks. 1.6) Check the daily and weekly log sheets for any problems. 1.7) Check and test the Filter and dosing equipment functions from the main control panel. 1.8) Carry out a final treated water test to ensure the water specification is within the design parameters and record. 1.9) Complete a work report along with a plant parameter checklist, complete with signatures and leave one copy on site. 1.10) Discuss and initiate any immediate action following the service. The above preventative maintenance schedule shall be carried out on a periodic basis and will be completed in conjunction with a full service, by a Sterling Hydrotech engineer. Most of the items can be carried out with out any interruption to the production facility. However, there may be a need to Bypass some of the systems for maintenance for a short period to enable our engineers to complete certain service procedures and functions.
