  • Roll Back Rate is now called Voter Approval Rate which has dropped from 8%

to 3.5%.

  • At Voter Approval Rate, the new tax rate would be 0.7056.

  • Primary effect is that if property values stay the same and no new properties

are added county will likely have to cut $877,000 from the current budget.
