the accuracy, completeness, and reliability

f the financial data provided by Assessees
n their Property Statement.
An opportunity for staff to review the

methods, calculations, and assumptions used in an Assessee’s appraisal.

Send Audit notification to the Assessee
Perform Audit and prepare Audit Report
A copy of the Audit Report and a 30-day Notice

is mailed to the Assessee

Audits that result in a change in value are placed
n the Board’s Agenda
After adoption, a Notice of Board Action is

mailed to the Assessee

Escaped Assessment
Over Assessment
No Change
Prior to being adopted by the Board, an

Assessee has many opportunities to provide additional information for consideration.

After the audit findings are adopted by the
