  15. 2014 St. Supéry Napa Valley Estate Sauvignon Blanc All of our white wines are sourced from our Dollarhide Estate Vineyard. To maintain the bright flavors for which our Sauvignon Blanc wine is known, we harvest the grapes at night, ferment only in stainless steel tanks and keep the wine chilled up to bottling. Accolades: • 92 Points : Wine & Spirits Tasting Notes: Brilliant pale yellow hues are speared with youthful hints of green. Aromas are rich and enticing. Grapefruit, green lime, caper, and citrus tones couple with a vibrant note of lychee. Flavors present incredible intensity of grapefruit, lime and lemon zest, all with a subtle thread of fennel.   16. 2013 St. Supéry Napa Valley Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Rich and ripe, this Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of grapes from our two Napa Green Certified Vineyards - Dollarhide Estate in the northeast hills of Napa Valley and the Rutherford Estate that surrounds our winery. Tasting Notes: Dark, vibrant purple and red hues present in this wine. Blackberry and black plum aromas combine with graphite, espresso, dark chocolate, mocha, cedar, and white pepper. Flavors of black plum, black cherry and currant intermingle with dark molasses and a light vanillin oak with dusty fine grain tannins.
