ST AGNES-OUR LADY OF FATIMA The activity presented two questions What is your experience of this idea/word in our parish community? What will be your positive response/commitment going forward to this idea/word when you encounter it in our church community? Each table had a word and a group leader . The group answered the two questions The words were tailored from the conversation in our previous meeting. Around individuals thoughts on how some concerns are perceived in our church.

LEADERSHIP Be supportive of person in leadership Speak privately is there is an issue rather disrupt group meetings Many have attitudes, disagreements need to be embraced and not seem as a fight Support of current leadership of group leaders and chairpersons Others needs to embrace opinions given by all Bad experiences cause low participation People need to know they have support by all staff, parishioners of the group they are leading
LOVE Long time membership within congregation, When walking in the door to the church show youth, expression of talents love, concern for yourself, youth and multiple members Familiarity of church history and community/open and welcoming Gathering together at Hot Meals and community meetings Bring church parishioners closer together, spirit and Jesus is present to share with one another even in times of stress and trouble (ex. Reggie Daniels Sr.)
PARTNERSHIP Each groups should dedicate a Sunday to bring a Doing more things together in the church snack and we had fellowship after mass community Need more Joy GOD=US and THEM (Our world)

TRUST • Seek God for Wisdom • Align yourself with the Vision of the church and if you are in a ministry your actions should reflect the groups mission and vision statement. • Invest in our church • Being able to apologize when you have wronged someone. • Forgiveness can build trust. • Take the personal out the situation. • Owning your own mess. • Face our Reality • Keep your word • Maturing and knowing what you can tolerate and having the ability to remove yourself. • Support the groups. • Don’t forget where you came from! We are generally proud people, and proud of our accomplishments! Remembering that we were that one lost sheep that Jesus rescued and it was not for Him and His grace we would not be in that position.
WEAKNESS People want to see activities but not willing to Offer people a place to feel comfortable, so they can feel apart/ give options commit to assist with activities Reaffirm approach Stewardship Be encourage to see gifts others have and Afraid to fail-same people always support those gifts with in the person volunteering Openness to change and moving forward Feeling you do not have a voice
