• NPS wants properties with "National Significance". If the topsoil is stripped away, the test stands torn down and the archaeology dug up, all that's left is a multi million dollar weed abatement and habitat restoration program... they likely, won't want the property. • The convergence of an ancient observatory, used by a people who understood the movements of the heavens, and modern machines that got the human race onto another heavenly body, is unique on the planet. As such, it transcends national importance, and becomes a part of our collective human legacy.
