  5. 2014 Subscriber Bill Credits

  6. Subscribed Energy • All Bill Credits must be carried forward for at least a twelve (12) month cycle. The Company shall purchase all Bill Credits with the billing statement which includes the last day in February and restart the credit cycle on the following period with a zero credit balance. • Standard bill credits do not include a payment for RECs. RECs go to the Garden Operator (Garden Operator must have M-RETS account). – For gardens receiving MIM or S*R incentives, the REC payment is included in the incentive. Therefore the standard bill credit is applied. • Enhanced bill credits reflect the payment for the sale of RECs to the utility

  7. Unsubscribed Energy • Payment for Unsubscribed Energy will be paid to the Community Solar Garden Operator at the then current: • 1.) Company’s avoided cost rate (found in the Company’s rate book, Rate Code A51) for solar gardens of 40 kW (AC) capacity or larger, or • 2.) Company’s average retail energy rate (found in the Company’s rate book, Rate Code A50) for solar gardens under 40 kW (AC) capacity.

  8. Garden Operator Fees • Application fee of $1,200 • Metering Charge per Month: – Single Phase $5.50 – Three Phase $8.00 • Deposit of $100/kW (AC) • Participation fee of $300 • Generation Interconnection Application Fee

  9. Subscriber Maintenance • All subscription changes must be made within the first 5 days of the production month • Subscription transfers – delete old account premise subscription and add new one • Subscriber does not receive a bill credit for first (partial) month. Subscriber receives a bill credit for final (partial) month.
