Farm Tract: 197.0 acres-existing • b. Tract G: 18.545 acres (6002 S. Hwy 53)-existing • c. Tract D: 2.499 acres (6004 S. Hwy 53)-proposed • d. Tract E: 2.499 acres (6006 S. Hwy 53)-proposed • e. The homes being separated have been on the farm for many years and were used by employees or relatives which is a permitted use for working farms. Spring Hill Farm, Inc. 6000, 6004,6006 South Hwy 53 Minor Plat, Road Frontage Variance & Access Easement Waiver Justification: • The applicant’s justification statement states the following: • The purpose of the division is to allow the owner to turn the rental properties into marketable lots. • There will be no outward change in the appearance and use of the property by allowing the additional division within the 5-year timeframe and use of the access easement. • By allowing the division it will allow the owner to move forward with estate planning and the anticipated use of the land will preserve the public safety and welfare and will not alter the character of the neighborhood.
