COVID-19: Provider Updates
King County Metro: Fare will be suspended through the month of July September service changes anticipated to be about 85% of pre-COVID levels Requiring face coverings, passenger limits, and offering temporary Vanpools for essential workers Visit Metro’s Reduced Schedule page, Canceled Trips page, and Metro Matters blog for updates
Access: reduction in service demand but still maintaining traditional service area, hours, and days of service. Riders not currently certified may be able to ride now and in-person functional evaluation is not required right now. Via to Transit resumed normal operations on June 22nd
COVID-19: Provider Updates
- Many other providers such as Solid Ground, Hyde Shuttles, and Catholic
Community Services stepped in to support with food/pharmacy delivery as their normal operations were reduced.
Now that more providers are returning to normal operations we are examining and working on creative solutions to help fill the new gap that will be created for people who were get goods delivered
- Sign up to receive RARET’s Weekly COVID-19 Impact Summaries for more
details on transportation operations and resources.
