Fees & Charges HOW HAVE WE HELPED ADVISERS – A FEW IDEAS WORKING WITH ADVISERS

— We work closely with advisers to help generate quality referrals from connections — Business Development Manager Specialist will join you to meet with your solicitors to go through planning ideas/case studies to demonstrate how clients — An excellent way for advisers to show they have access to specialists knowledge if required for sometimes complex cases/high net worth — Also provides useful training for these professionals as they need to ideas or they could be sued for not knowing when to refer clients for — We do not take business direct from clients so this is a “safe” option trying to take your business!

— We can also always offer to meet your clients with you — Tricky/difficult/ high net worth client – maybe an adviser does not have the confidence with these clients and can call upon our knowledge and support as this is our specialist subject — We clearly point out that the adviser is giving the advice but we are there to answer any questions/can talk about legislation/more in-depth detail on investments as required — Positively received within the adviser community

Fees & Charges HOW HAVE WE HELPED ADVISERS – ACTUAL CASE STUDY

— Adviser has an excellent accountancy connection who has 500 high net worth individuals who each want to invest £100,000 into residential property tax efficiently — Following a consultation EIS was discounted and also BR qualifying investments — However, we mentioned that the Property Authorised Investment Fund structure may be a potential option (OEIC authorised by the FCA)

Fees & Charges HOW HAVE WE HELPED ADVISERS – ACTUAL CASE STUDY

— Spoke with our Chief Investment Officer, Richard Simmonds who saw the adviser the next day with some of our investment committee; an explanation of what the clients were looking for; PAIF put forward as concept — Report was done in 24 hours for the adviser to take to the accountant — Positively received by both the accountant and clients evidently and he is expecting to get the go ahead shortly — We could set this up for them within three months including FCA approval. So from initial contact to report delivery was within 48 hours!
