  • If your balance is $50,000 or less or if you did not submit a distribution

election within the first 30 days of your SRP II plan entry date, you will receive a total cash payment in the first 90 days of the year following the year in which your Notice ends

  • Interest allocations will continue to accrue monthly at the prevailing

rate of return specified in the SRP II (currently 5-year Treasury Bills plus 2%) through the end of the processing month prior to the month in which a payment is processed

  • Your payments will be taxable to you as ordinary income and are not

eligible to be rolled over to an IRA or another employer’s qualified or nonqualified plan

SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT PLAN II (SRP II)

  • This is a new non-qualified plan to provide company matching

and retirement contributions missed due to the IRS qualified plan limits

  • Eligible participants were sent information in January. If you

become eligible during 2016, information will be sent to you during the first quarter of 2017.

receive a total cash payment in the first 90 days of the year following the end of Notice
