the vision “Sensorium” is a virtual reality system that allows users to guide visual and aural stimuli in a digital world by concentrating on their stress levels. Using Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) the system strives to provide users a way to reduce stress and learn how to control their body responses in a fun and safe environment.

the technicalities Unity became our weapon of choice in designing the system, because of it’s fmexibility with world creation and integration with our hardware. We use GSR technology as it accurately measures stress, a common problem that we could easily target with our design. Eventually we hope to lend this to helping pain patients manage stress. A head mounted display is to be integrated with headphones that transmit responsive spatialized sound and binaural beats.
