❖A security consulting firm that has been active for five (5) continuous years in the last ten (10) years providing security masterplan management or consulting services and cyber assessments for Category X and 14 CFR Part 139 Certified airports. ❖ Proposed Key Personnel must possess a minimum of three (3) years of continuous experience within the last five (5) years in security risk assessments and providing security masterplans at Category X and 14 CFR Part 139 Certified airports.
❖ Proposed Key Personnel must remain assigned to the Contract a minimum of one (1) year from the project task start date
until ADR approves all final deliverables. ❖ Be in good standing with the City for its proposal to be considered responsive.
❖ All individuals assigned to work at the airports must: ✓ Pass fingerprint-based Criminal History Records Check ✓ Federally-Mandated Security Threat Assessment ✓ Aviation-issued security credentials or badge

Weekly Reports Progress reports to the ADR detailing status of key decisions, responsibilities and time required to complete Project Tasks. 3 Month Review Meet with ADR to discuss Project Task findings/assessments identified to-date. 6 Month Review Meet with ADR to discuss Project Tasks findings/assessments identified to-date.

Present to Aviation Executive Team final results, conclusions and recommendations for the three Project Tasks, incorporating feedback and requested information from the initial presentation. Project Tasks End Conclusion of the contract.
