- Increasing the population of rural areas of Scotland as one of 4 outcomes for
NPF
- Ministers must have regard to desirability of resettling rural areas that have
become depopulated in NPF
- Allocation of land for resettlement as consideration for NPF & Local
Development Plans
- Maps & other material may be produced of rural areas where a substantial
decline in population for NPF.
- NPF must have regard for any LRRS or any strategy for land ownership or use
prepared by Ministers
- Ministers must have regard for aby NSA report published when preparing the
NPF
