  3. Retroactive Pay Reclassifications ⚫ Will be effective in the pay period following approval ⚫ Work should not be assigned prior to review and approval Temporary Pay Increases ⚫ Requested in advance when a vacancy or leave occurs ⚫ Extension requests submitted prior to expiration

  4. Exit Interview Questionnaires Exit Interview Questionnaires are provided to departing employees and are voluntary. Old Process : ⚫ Quarterly Trends Sent to VPs New Process: ⚫ Exit questionnaire forms will be shared with first and second level supervisors in real time. ⚫ Exit questionnaires forms and summaries of trends will be shared quarterly with department heads and VPs. ⚪ Trends may include observations from ER Specialist and verbal feedback provided during exit interview

Salary Planning & Workday Merit Demo ⚫ 3% Merit Pool ⚪ Employees in regularly funded benefits eligible positions are eligible ⚪ Employees in intro periods that were hired prior to 6/30/20 will be eligible at the conclusion of the intro ⚪ Fixed Term employees are eligible for a pay increase during the extension ⚪ There should be an alignment between merit and performance rating and it is recommended that merit ranges are communicated to employees Employees with less than 1% merit should have a documented ⚫ performance issue resulting in a PIP or written warning ⚫ Demo
