Importance of surfactant 100ml/20L water

Order of mixing 1. Water 2. Herbicide 3. Surfactant 4. Dye (optional) 5. Water Use clean water. Do not mix more than what you can use in a day.

Cut-stump treatment ▪ Cut 10 cm or less above soil ▪ Cut horizontal ▪ Remove saw dust before application ▪ Treat immediately after felling ▪ Spray at very low pressure ▪ Allow at least 2 hours before rain

On large stumps spray 3 times along outer edge On small stumps spray entire cut surface

Leaf spraying ▪ Plants must be actively growing ▪ Leaves must be green with no signs of stress ▪ Wet all leaves properly to point of run- off ▪ Maintain high pressure that generates many small droplets and good canopy penetration ▪ Do not hold nozzle too close to leaves ▪ Allow at least 3 hours before rain ▪ Wait for leaves to dry after rain ▪ Never spray under windy conditions
