- Sets out at a District level what types of development will happen,
where and at what intensity – looking beyond 2030 out to 2050+
- Not a plan that sets out detailed land use
- Structure Plans to follow with the detailed land use
- Methodology - issues and thinking pieces, then local leaders
(symposium) to shape a vision / scenario’s
- Community then to engage with a suite of scenario’s (tools and focus on
youth, key stakeholders)
- Completion by end of year
