– One 8,500 mt pitch storage tank – One railcar loading spot (2 stations) – One railcar unloading spot (2 stations) – One truck loading station (2 loading arms) – One Hot Oil system (4 MMBTUH) – Transfer system to move pitch from the new storage tank to existing plant product storage tanks

2011 Reverification Results The team has a high degree of comfort that Ruetgers decision making and actions are underpinned by the Responsible Care Ethic, and that its management systems are self-healing, and seeking to continuously improve and to identify deficiencies and will likely act to correct them in a timely manner. Findings Requiring Action Conduct an exercise involving local first responders, which includes a critique and corrective actions. Do a periodic audit of waste contractors.
