What will change?
- New Flow straightener
- Wheel MU 60° will be replaced
- Wheel 45° remains unchanged
Why change (advantages)?
- Improve conformity with EN12261:2002 Annex B (Perturbation
testing).
- Improve linearity on HP calibration
- Eliminate the need to rework the turbine wheel as today,
improving FPY and reducing cost related to operation “Optimization” for HPcalibration
- To be confirmed the possibility to get high accuracy for all DN80
When change?
- New MID certificate release by end of October
- By the end of the year

- Spare part list will reflect the change.
- New flow straightener code
- New MU code
- 651-180-00, 500 pcs will be kept in stock for possible
replacements (sales = 1200 pcs from 2004 / 2018)
