Meetings • one meeting a month less: 3 rd Monday without a meeting • Looking for new forms: • interview instead of a speach/lecture • joint discussion of a topic e.g. political Situation in Germany • Joint meetings with the other four Leipzig Rotary Clubs • Meeting in a Pub on the 5 th Monday in addition of home-stay-meeting
Meetings • activities with the whole family: • Excursion to silver-mine • winter-walking with joint tradtional north-west german kale-dinner
Social activities/Fundraising Hands-on: • Selling mulled wine ad Leipzig Christmas-Market • Joint practice of Christmas carols
Social activities/Fundraising • absence money • Going on with „ scholarship-award for promising pupils “ • Global grand in „ water “ • „ competition “ in local assistance-project (-) • RIC 2017: kids-camp: sponsorship for participation-fee Madagaskar: illustrated midwife-training-book
Members & Meetings • leaving two members • obtain six to eight new members • attendance rate 2017/18-goal >34% | 2017/18 near 50% • a problem became the lunch-meeting on the 1 st monthly meeting
Joint RIC-Projects • RIC Social Award: Missing a responsible person in each club for the inter-RIC- Projectmanagement • RIC-Exchange-Program for childreen and grandchildreen: Starting with a responsible person, before starting to establish a web- based databank Jens Mauchnik
