First letters mailed – January 2, 2019 o Signed MOUs with partner agencies – 16 o o Total revenue collected in 2020 fiscal year - $392,336 Number of civil cases filed in court – 84 o o Active payment plans - 40 o March 2020 collections - $104,151 o CCU costs in March 2020 - $58,218
