  • Purpose:

– Train ITW personnel – Share with our customers especially Abitibi Bowater – Helps all of us stay up to date with current RR loading requirements – Reinforces need to use appropriate air bags, void fillers and risers

The above method has been successfully tested by the A.A.R. One 6” high riser and two anchor straps should be used to secure partial layers in fine paper and newsprint shipments. Use 1 ½” wide approved non-metallic banding applied a minimum

  • f 36” behind face of load.
