 Alliance Elections Additional nominations may be made provided that they are made in writing, endorsed by at least ten (10) voting members in good standing, with the written consent of the nominee and received by the Secretary of the Alliance not less than fifteen (15) days in advance of the annual meeting.

  31. Why the Need for Reserves? • Best Practice Requires Establishment of Reserves to Cover Capital Improvements and Capital Repairs. • There are NO Current Reserves . None were Required of the Developer • Reserves Need to be Sufficient or Assessments Might be Required in the Future.
