Master Planning : Purpose • Urban Areas only at present • The Master Planning process has involved investigation of planning and engineering opportunities and constraints to determine an aspirational land use pattern, which balances, community, local government and state agency interests. • Provides a guiding framework for future residential, industrial, commercial, tourism, community facilities, recreation and open space development • Ensures that future development is appropriately located, designed, staged and delivered, to achieve balanced and viable growth options • Accords with land use planning objectives, community needs and aspirations • Supporting grant application development for the communities. 5

RILIPO furthermore support all discrete remote communities through; the provision of essential infrastructure for housing development RILIPO manages the State Home Ownership coordination in the discrete remote communities RILIPO develop infrastructure such as Splash parks in discrete remote communities
