• Allow market participants to analyze data
• No scheduled scenarios

– Week 3: 9/17/12 – 9/21/12

• 1 week Non-Rem unstructured scenarios
• 3 trade dates: 9/19, 9/20, 9/21

NGR Registration Requirements

NGR – Non Regulation Energy Management Option

NGR Non-Rem resource option description

• This option allows a storage resource to participate in Energy, Spin/Non Spin and regulation Up/Down.
• This option will be for the resources that have a long period of maintaining generation or load sides.
• This option assumes a resource is continuous for more than 1 hour.
