Reviews on the regional cooperative activities • The challenges identified during the workshops and trainings during these years as follows: • -lack of domestic legislation experience; • -lack of experts in both legislative and maritime fields; • -low-priority on ferry safety due to insufficient government attention; • -poor safety awareness among the crew; and • limited investments.
