Web based allows for use of tablet computers instead of paper ● charts, freeing up more rooms for patients to be seen. Allows Doctors to access practice from anywhere they have internet ● access. “ON CALL” Doctors can access patient charts and make more informed decisions. Dedicated staff who oversee your practice specifically from claim ● submission to payment. All steps in the work flow are monitored for HIPPA compliance. Focus is solely on getting the Doctors paid for the services they ● provide, quickly and consistently day in and day out.
RMS- What you get Web based office management software at no cost to the doctor. All ● software fees are included in the percentage agreed upon in contract. Office work flow analysis to streamline efficiency in the office and increase ● revenue Hands on training of office staff on systems by PJ until staff is comfortable. ● Security levels attached to each user allowing access only to the tasks and ● information each staff level needs.
