They meet at regular intervals and try “to identify, analyze, and resolve work related problems.” Professional circle are participative work structures, which aim to promote greater involvement of the employees in solving various work-related problems in their own respective fields. Professional circle apart from improving quality of work results in boosting workers morale and provides an opportunity for self development in an organization. Acceptability of a product or service depends upon its satisfactory over a predetermined period of time. This performance is directly related to two fundamental aspects which no organization can afford to ignore- quality and reliability. An organization can adopt various methods and standards to improve the quality on a continuous basis.

Since its existence, quality is the core objective of the company. The Superstar quality circle of the processing and quality department is composed of six members, meet once a week to discuss the problem related to the work. We are responsible for: 1- The quality of the products and be globally competitive in both domestic and foreign markets. 2- The maintain team working and harmonious relationship among the workers and uplift their morale. 3- To be socially responsible and environmentally friendly. 4- To keep the management well informed about the plans and assessments of the department.

(Processing and quality control identified: defective products in the market, the usage of obsolete standards, insufficient information about the product and no product coding as a major problem area, which needs to be tackled at the earliest possible time. • Defective products in the market are reflected in the problem areas which have been identified due to outdated machine and no skilled workers. • The Superstar group has allocated 50% to this problem of the company.

(PROCESSING AND QUALITY DEPARTMENT) SUGGESTION AND RECOMMENDATION • The management should conduct a session to the work force involved • Regarding the application of the quality and a thorough information about the product by simplifying procedures and clarity to the worker. • Workers should be motivated towards quality to maintain the good reputation of the company. • Provide good benefits to the workers to increase their morale and productivity • The management should be updated with current standards and applications and processes and disseminate them to the workers of the department. • The management should procure the state of the art equipments and machinery to produce quality products to minimize the operational and external cost. • Allocate enough funds to buy quality materials to avoid further cost incurred through out the process. • The management should provide a better workplace to develop team working among workers.
