PROPOSED SITE IMPROVEMENTS
Site Plan as presented at September 23, 2019 Commission Meeting. Comments received from Commission:
- Disruptive noise from PLD operations starting at
6:30am;
- An increase in vehicle traffic, specifically large trucks,
along 25th Street;
- Disruption of existing views into the Airport from
Clover Street;
- Location of bulk material storage bins and equipment
storage containers is too close to adjacent residents; and,
- Hazardous and open material storage areas will lead to
air pollution.
REVISED SITE IMPROVEMENTS
- Bulk Storage will be
- ff site, no
equipment/material loading will take place at this site.
- Vehicles will be
positioned to deploy directly in the
- morning. This should
greatly limit the amount of early morning disruption.

REVISED SITE IMPROVEMENTS
- All City vehicles and
trucks would come and go from the site using the 28th Street gate. Only personal vehicles would use the 25th Street gate. This would greatly decrease the amount of additional traffic and help prevent conflicts between larger trucks and children playing near the park.
