PROPOSED SITE IMPROVEMENTS Site Plan as presented at September 23, 2019 Commission Meeting. Comments received from Commission: • Disruptive noise from PLD operations starting at 6:30am; • An increase in vehicle traffic, specifically large trucks, along 25 th Street; • Disruption of existing views into the Airport from Clover Street; • Location of bulk material storage bins and equipment storage containers is too close to adjacent residents; and, • Hazardous and open material storage areas will lead to air pollution.
