Proposed Bylaw Amendments Article V- Executive Board-Section 2-Meetings (p7) -Exec Board Meetings-to be held at 6pm prior to the PTA meetings Article VI-General Membership Meetings Section 1- General Membership Meetings (p6) -general membership meetings to be held the third Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm Article VI-General Membership Meetings-Section 4-Minutes -minutes will be posted on the PTA website psis78pta.org prior to the meeting to be read before the meeting
