EVENT IDEA: FASHION PRESENTATION

WHAT IS A FASHION PRESENTATION?

• A refreshing way for brands to showcase their collections outside of the runway medium
• Less costly compared to a fashion show.
• Audience (buyers, medias, social media influencers) are able to get a closer look and discuss about

the collection with the designers.

PURPOSE OF THE EVENT:

• Provide an opportunity for the public to experience a fashion presentation which is a rare sight in

Malaysia.

• Introduce fast-growing local fashion brands to the public.
• Influence people to do a good deed by supporting our event and at the same time helping the

children trapped in poverty which does not have education nor nutritious food access.

• Allow fashion students to connect and network with people in the industry.

WHO IS DIGNITY? Dignity for Children Foundation is a non-governmental organization that provides holistic care and education for urban poor children in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

KITTIE YIYI – The label reflects on the designer’s everyday lifestyle. Colourful, fun, quirky, charming, unusual,

• dd and adventurous.

MOTOGUO – Motoguo incorporates quirky textures and shapes in his designs. He often glaze his collection with a layer of cynical, self-deprecating humour.

MANCHIEN – “We make wearable art,” this is a justified statement from MANCHIEN. Her designs incorporate paints

• n garments and create textures with hands along the creative process.
