Website and CMS built using Drupal, hosted on Acquia, a Drupal specific hosting site Support for website and CMS provided by Basestation under SLA All issues logged and managed via Freshdesk ticketing system Link to REMS, Online Applications, etc. supported by Fife College IT Availability, scalability and alerts (e.g. security risk) managed by Acquia 24x7 Drupal and security updates notified by Acquia and actioned by Basestation
