Support & Maintenance Website and CMS built using Drupal, hosted on Acquia, a Drupal specific hosting site Support for website and CMS provided by Basestation under SLA All issues logged and managed via Freshdesk ticketing system Link to REMS, Online Applications, etc. supported by Fife College IT Availability, scalability and alerts (e.g. security risk) managed by Acquia 24x7 Drupal and security updates notified by Acquia and actioned by Basestation

Acquia Hosting Acquia is a Drupal specific hosting environment built on AWS Acquia provides scalability, reliability, security and upgrade management Separate development, test and production environments provided Simple promotion of a staging environment to production Availability & security alerts; upgrade and security reports Facilitates the smooth transfer of the website at the end of the contract
