The Property Care Trio Property Care Kit is a security solution designed to alert you in case of fjre and water leakage at home or in the offjce. Q-Leak can be placed wherever a water leakage is expected. To prevent any leakage-related damage, the device sends an alarm notifjcation whenever water is detected. Likewise, Q-Smoke sends an alarm and emits loud sounds in case of smoke detection. Additionally, the devices visualise their status on the online portal HomeManager , where you can monitor your home from anywhere in the world. The kit consists of: Q-Leak : A highly sensitive leakage detector suitable for narrow places which sends an alarm notifjcation in case of a water leakage. Q-Smoke : A sensitive smoke detector which emits loud sounds (85dB) and sends an alarm notifjcation in case of smoke detection. Q-Leak Q-Stick Q-Smoke Q-Stick : A powerful gateway which connects to the existing Wi-Fi network and controls up to 16 Z-Wave devices. 3

Benefjts Receive A Notifjcation In Case Of Fire And Flooding The HomeManager app will immediately send you an alarm notifjcation whenever Q-Smoke detects smoke or Q-Leak detects water. Protect Your Family Whenever Q-Smoke detects smoke it emits a loud alarm informing everybody in the house. In this way all family members can be reached and taken safely out of the house. Catch A Short Circuit Before It’s Too Late If a short circuit occurs anywhere in the house, Q-Smoke will detect the smoke and alarm you on time so you can take action.
