Regional Prospects & Developments – Mozambique

• The economic outlook for this country, although tough in the short-term, is very

promising in the medium-term with the current oil and gas developments taking place.

• We have signed Memoranda of Understanding with partners for retail developments at

two sites, one in Xai Xai and the other in Zimpeto, Maputo. Both sites are in excellent

• locations. Anchor Tenant intention to lease being signed
• An Option to Purchase is also being finalised for a retail development in Xiquelene,

Maputo.

• The outlook is promising with a stable political environment, positive economic

prospects with the development of new mines and diversification of the economy.

• We have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with partners for our proposed

retail developments mostly in the North of the country.

• Consultans Appointments being signed.
• At this stage 14 Sites have been identified and two pieces of land have been
