RDC PROPERTIES LIMITED Real Estate Corporate Social Responsibility Construction Hospitality Realestate Group  We are still assisting and providing our usual support to Ngwapa Primary School through our annual contributions and awards for the best performing students.  We will still continuously promote group’s CSR initiatives by supporting our host communities through driving charity campaigns to encourage and support the less privileged - Annual Masa charity campaign, and direct support to organizations.  Masa Centre in partnership with Yarona FM have commenced the campaigns for the 4 th annual “ Food and Clothing for Charity campaign” .

RDC PROPERTIES LIMITED Real Estate Regional Prospects & Developments – South Africa Construction Hospitality Realestate Group  Proposed acquisition of a controlling stake in a Cape Town based commercial property portfolio.  Portfolio consists of a shopping mall, two mixed-use buildings & a parking lot, all in prime areas in the City of Cape Town.  Shares to be issued to RDC in the portfolio & cash used for further acquisitions in Cape Town/RSA.  Proposed acquisition will result in increasing the Group’s portfolio value, provide an international footprint and increase the Group’s distribution yield.

RDC PROPERTIES LIMITED Real Estate Construction Hospitality Regional Prospects & Developments – Namibia Realestate Group  Office setup is complete.  Project manager identified and joining November 2017 (previous PAM Asset Manager)  3 projects on the ground; 2 being defined.  Tender for 1 st site out this week; 1-2 months lag before starting a further two sites.  Firming up line shops; will sign after anchor tenant signs,  New opportunities are considered as we consolidate our in-country presence.

Line Shops and 1 Anchor Tenant Shop  Plans submitted to council and awaiting receipt of approval.  Contractors are being shortlisted and tendering to commence in August 2017.  More Project details will be released upon conclusion of tendering process.  RDC MALL – TSUMEB  Proposed to comprise of 28 Nos. Line Shops and 1 Anchor Tenant Shop  Appointment of all consultants concluded.  Final preparation for plans submission to council for approval.  RDC MALL – GROOTFONTEIN  Appointment of all consultants in place.  Topographical survey in progress and designs to commence immediately.
