⦿ Date Saturday, May 23, 2020 ⦿ Location ⦿ Altezza Events 5430 Riverside Dr Laredo, TX 78041 ⦿ Time 6:30PM – 11:00PM ⦿ Cost Per Student: $60

Tickets and Forms will be available starting on March 23rd from 7:30 am - 8:30 am and 3:15 pm – 4:15 pm, in the lobby with Ms. Arreola and Mrs. Heredia. Last Day to purchase tickets will be April 30th. Contract must be signed prior to purchasing tickets. IF FAILING OR OSS IS ASSIGNED BY PROM DATE, MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.

8th Grade Prom Guidelines

Students need to have approval by Mrs. Reyes.

• Students cannot have OSS
• Students must be passing all classes. 70 and above.

Harmony faculty will only release students into parents care. We will not release students with friends or friends parents unless parents have filled out the waiver form by Thursday, April 30th.

⦿

No Limos, party busses, etc allowed for students to leave in.

⦿

Parents will not be allowed into the prom area.

⦿

If a student leaves the prom area without permission, he/she will immediately call their parents to pick them up. They will not return to prom.

⦿

Once the prom is over and a student exits, he/she will not be allowed to return inside. No re-entry.

Dress Code - Females

⦿

Dresses must have straps. No strapless dresses.

⦿

No transparent dresses

⦿

Dresses/skirts must be below the knee.

⦿

Dress slacks may be worn.

⦿

High heels below 3 inches.

⦿

Girls may wear tasteful make up. Based upon administrative discretion.

Small handbags will be allowed (subject to search)

⦿

No hoop hearings

This is a school sponsored event, and no alcohol or drugs are allowed. Students will be required to empty their pockets, and purses before entering the door, and that there will drug/alcohol screening including the use

• f a portable breathalyzer, upon any suspicion of
• intoxication. Anyone in possession of alcohol, a

controlled substance, or intoxicated will be removed from the event, face possible suspension or expulsion from the school, drug cases will be reported to the police, and either case families will be called. There will be school officials at the event who ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all students.
