A personal graduation plan is a working document used by counselors to track student completion of graduation requirements. It is a tool used to document grades, assessments, acceleration and other requirements by law. The personal graduation plan is an opportunity for students and counselors to meet individual needs.

State Testing Requirements
STAAR end-of-course (EOC) exams are state mandated tests given during the final weeks of a high school course. In addition to meeting graduation course requirements, students are required to pass five end-of-course exams to earn a diploma from a Texas public high school. Those five exams are given when a student takes English I and II, Biology, Algebra I and U.S. History courses.
