The passport is in 4 sections

• 2 sections are linked to curriculum
• 1 is linked to Students Services
• 1 is to be signed by your form tutor
• You must get ALL sections signed

How do I get my ticket to the prom……………….

• You must gain signatures for ALL sections and pass 20 of the 24

required sections of this passport.

• Should you fail to complete this passport your attendance at the

prom will require a further review by your Head of House.

For those of you who do all of this every day……….

Do not worry! Just get your card signed at the relevant time

• Some sections can be signed already
• Some need to be signed as you progress towards your exams
• The final sections need to be completed before you begin exams

When the card is complete…

• Hand it in to your form tutor and you will receive a letter inviting you

to purchase your ticket
