Loan Application Processing Challange Title documents, in PDF format, are keyed in by loan analysts, then sent to process team for servicing in Loan System. The quality of the Loan Application was of poor quality and time- consuming. Solution Cognitive extracted 125 fields, and inputs into loan system RPA accepting and closing out ticketing of title service request. The process became highly efficient and Virtual Workers were deployed to manage and automate the various complex, low volume system administration tasks around IT applications and infrastructure, including validation, regular testing, diagnostics and fault remediation. This replaced the need to recruit further highly trained staff to perform these tasks.
