Requirements:

Abai-Vern Mobility Program

Who can participate?!

• Students of master’s and doctorate programmes

Requirements:

• Invitation to study from a university in France
• High level of English or French

What is offered?!

Kazakhstan side finances:

• living expenses, for master programme students - 800 euro per month during 10

months, for doctor programme students - 1200 euro per month during 6 months

• f the next 3 years.

French side offers the following advantages:

• free education for master students during 10 months and for doctor students -

during 6 months of the 3 next 3 years;

• status of a scholar of the French Government, which frees from paying

registration fee at state higher educational institutions;

• attachment to the general system of the French social insurance;
• free long-term student visa;
• priority when assigning places in student dormitories;
• pportunity to receive help when paying for accommodation and to benefit from

the “clé” system (when the French state acts as a guarantor when renting an accommodation);

• preferential tariffs for participation in cultural programmes and events;.
• transportation costs are not covered
