Let me start by saying that everybody pays the same price for ShopFreeMart products. Many companies have a wholesale and retail price and what happens is that big money earners frequently purchase large numbers of products at wholesale price and sell them on eBay or Amazon for less than the advertised price, making it difficult for a majority of members to compete with them. ShopFreeMart products can be put into a store, but they cannot be publicly advertised or sold for less than the price listed on our corporate website, which creates a level playing field for all of our members and avoids what I have long considered to be a gimmick that most companies play. ShopFreeMart products can however be sold for a higher price than listed and still be a better value than some competitor’s products.

ShopFreeMart has the first of its kind, profit sharing plan and after running comparisons with many

the top MLM companies, ShopFreeMart out-paid them all. The following chart compares ShopFreeMart with 22 of the top companies. Monthly income examples are based upon each person in a 3x9 member team purchasing $27 in Profit Share Value of products each month. Of the 22 comparison companies, one would pay you only $621 a month on the low end and another company would pay you $54,000 a month on the high end. ShopFreeMart on the other hand would pay you more than $86,000 a month for building the same member team.

Many people in this industry have been taken advantage of by not understanding the great disparity in what referral based companies pay their associates. ShopFreeMart does list two prices for each product on its website. One is the retail price and the

• ther is what we call Profit Share Value or PSV. This is important to understand because PSV allows

us to do two things. First, PSV allows us to price our products extremely fairly while still paying out generous profit shares and secondly, PSV allows the company to pay its overhead, including the cost of the products so that we can remain in business and pay profit shares to our members for many years to come.

Let's say you buy a product at $48 and the Profit Share Value of that product is $27. ShopFreeMart divides that $27 among several members and pays it out in the form of Profit Shares. The remainder of that sale is kept by the company to purchase a replacement for that product to be put back into inventory and what is left over is used to pay the other expenses and

• verhead of the company. One thing I want to point out

here is that we pay out a hundred percent of the PSV in most cases. There is one exception; members who haven’t made a product purchase in the past 30 days only earn 20% of the profit shares they would normally have received if they remain product qualified by making at least one product purchase every 30 days.

Profit Share Value Example

Any time a member makes a purchase, he or she is instantly qualified for 100% of the profit shares earned for the next 30 days. This gives members a strong incentive to purchase one or more products each month without forcing them to be on autoship.

Let's look at an example of Profit Share Value. Let's say you buy a product at $48 and the sale of that product pays a profit share of $27. And again, the difference in the sale price and the amount we pay to our members in profit shares is what pays for the products and keeps the company going and one thing I want to point out here is that we pay out a hundred percent of the PSV in most cases. We pay out 50% in our infinity wide, infinity deep Fast Start Plan Then we pay out 15% in Ambassador Generational Profit Shares Next, We pay out 27% of the PSV in our Unilevel plan We pay 8% of the PSV in Leadership Profit Shares

Our Infinity Fast Start Plan is unique to

members earn some quick cash for necessary expenses like putting groceries on the table. I call it bread and butter money because this plan allows someone to go to work today and put some groceries on the table as early as next week. This plan has a residual aspect for anyone who is not afraid to work and a person could potentially replace their existing income in as little as 1-2

• years. Some will do it more quickly and some may

take longer. It really depends upon you. Too many people have the idea that they can get in business today and retire next week or next month and if that is what you believe, then ShopFreeMart is not the business plan you are looking for.

So here is how the Infinity Plan works. Make your first sale and you will earn 10% of the Profit Share Value assigned to the products purchased by that member forever. You will earn profit shares on the success team of your first purchasing member in other parts of our Profit Share Plan, but not in the Infinity Plan until both you and someone in your first member’s success team become

• Ambassadors. You will then earn Ambassador Generational Profit Shares

through five generations of Ambassadors from that point on. In other words, by helping your first person, or someone in their success team become Ambassador, you will start earning commissions from your first leg and that will likely be to the very bottom level of your organization until your

• rganization becomes very large.

Infinity Fast Start Plan

Another benefit of making your first sale is that it advances you to Diamond Member and gives you a 10% pay raise. Make your second sale and you will earn 20% of the Profit Share Value assigned to the products purchased by that member forever. When your second purchasing member makes a sale, you will earn 10%

• verride on that person’s purchases forever. You will also earn 10% override
• n that person’s first sale and each person’s first sale in that leg to infinity

depth forever.

Diamond Profit Shares

Your second sale also advances you to Double Diamond Member and gives you another 10% pay raise. Without exception, ShopFreeMart gives you the easiest and fastest rank advancements and pay raises of any referral based company in the history of the industry! Make your third sale and you will earn 30% of the Profit Share Value assigned to the products purchased by that member forever. When your third purchasing member makes his or her first sale, you will earn 20% override on that person’s purchases forever. You will also earn 20%

• verride on that person’s first sale and the first sale of each person in that leg

to infinity depth forever. For every person from whom you receive a 20%

• verride, you will also earn 10% override on their first sale to infinity forever.

Double Diamond Profit Shares

Your third sale advances you to Triple Diamond Member and gives you another 10% pay raise. On your next six sales (sales 4-9) you will earn 40% of the Profit Share Value assigned to the products purchased by those members forever. When members 4-9 each make their first sale, you will earn 30% override on those person’s purchases forever. You will also earn 30% override on all of the first sales in that leg to infinity depth forever. For every person from whom you receive a 30% override, you will also earn 20% override on the first sale in that leg to infinity and for every person from whom you receive a 20%

• verride, you will earn 10% override on the first sale in that leg to infinity

forever.

Triple Diamond Profit Shares

Your ninth sale advances you to Ambassador Member and gives you another 10% pay raise. On all future sales (sales 10 – infinity) you will earn 50% of the PSV assigned to the products purchased by those members forever. You will also earn 40% overrides on each of the first sales in legs 4-9 to infinity, plus 30% on each of the second sales in those legs to infinity, plus 20% on each of the third sales in those legs to infinity, plus 10% on each of the fourth through ninth sales in those legs to infinity depth forever. For every person from whom you receive 40%

• verrides, you will receive 30% overrides on the

first sale in those legs to infinity, 20% overrides from the second sale and 10% overrides from the third sale in those legs to infinity depth forever.

Ambassador Profit Shares

For every person from who you receive 30% overrides, you will receive 20% overrides on the first sale and 10% on the second sale in those legs to infinity and for every person from who you receive 20%

• verrides, you will receive 10% overrides on the first sale in those legs to infinity depth forever.

Folks, this is unbelievably powerful and there are so many possible ways for you to earn profit shares that it is virtually impossible to put it into a chart or give you examples of how much money you could possibly earn in this part of our plan. The only way for you to see how it works is for you to start referring other members to ShopFreeMart and watch as Profit Shares begin to show up in your member dashboard.

The next way you can earn money in the ShopFreeMart Profit Share Plan is through Ambassador Generation Profit Shares. This plan pays 3% on each of 5 generational levels of Ambassadors with full compression, for a total of 15% through 5 generations. Based upon the number of times that one Ambassador can get paid down through his or her success team, these five generation Ambassador profit shares can really add up! When you develop an Ambassador in one of your legs, you will earn 3% of the PSV on every sale that he or she receives an Ambassador Profit Share on. When that Ambassador develops an Ambassador, he or she will be a second generation Ambassador to you. Each time any Ambassador in your success team receives an Ambassador Profit Share, you will then receive an additional 3% of the PSV of that sale through 5 generations of Ambassadors.

Ambassador Generation Profit Shares

So, once you achieve the ranking of Ambassador Member and create Ambassadors in any of your legs, you will start receiving Ambassador Generational Profit Shares. As an Ambassador, you will earn 3% of the PSV through 5 generations of Ambassadors, which in some instances will be to infinity depth in any given leg of your member organization. For example, let’s say that somebody on your third level reaches Ambassador and there is no Ambassador between you and them. That person would be your first generation Ambassador. And let’s say that someone on their third level reaches Ambassador with no one between them. That person would be your second generation Ambassador. So two generations of Ambassadors could encompass all of the people through ten or more levels of that leg of your success team. So the thing you want to do, is to get to Ambassador as quickly as you can and help as many other people on your team get to Ambassador as quickly as they can.

We pay 27% of the member profit shares in our unilevel and this is where you can literally create a legacy income that can be passed onto future

• generations. This is not a get rich quick plan. In

fact you need to be willing to give at least 2-5 years of solid effort to create a walk away income with our unilevel. One beauty of the unilevel is the ability to create income models. But before I do that, let me just give a disclaimer. The potential income examples that I will show you are based upon real numbers. Math doesn’t lie and if you could build a success team exactly like any of the examples I will give you, the totals shown would be the amount of profit shares you would earn.

Unilevel Profit Shares The Ambassador 5 Generation Profit Shares segway nicely into our unilevel because we have taken the money that would normally pay in the first 5 levels of the unilevel to pay 5 generations of Ambassadors.

Many people won’t do what it takes to achieve any of these examples, but there may be some who actually exceed them. What you earn will depend upon how diligently you build your member team. The reason I personally like building income models is that it helps me conceive my possibilities. What the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve. Even though putting numbers on paper is never how a success team will grow exactly, this is the thing that really excites me and gives me the incentive to do the work necessary to build a big team and earn some serious money. It’s a little bit like creating a blueprint for a house. Once you get it on paper, you get an idea of what it is going to look like when it is built. I can’t speak for anyone else, but the more I draw things out and work with the numbers, the faster my success teams have grown in the past and I am certain that it still works that way for me. Working with a blueprint, or a plan increases my belief and belief is the power that ultimately makes something happen. These examples are not a guarantee of income. • wn willingness to do whatever is necessary to achieve it.

Unilevel Profit Shares

For the first example, we are going to assume that you refer two people on your first level and they in turn refer two people on each of their first levels. Based upon everybody through 9-levels personally referring two people and each person purchasing one product with a PSV of $27, on level 6 you would earn a whopping $34.56. Let me say it again, the unilevel is not going to make you rich short-term.

Unilevel 2x9 Member Team Profit Share Example

We are talking about a 2-5 year commitment for most people, although if a majority of people really believed the numbers I am giving you, this could be accomplished in a matter of weeks. Okay on level seven, you are going to earn 4% on 128 people for a total of $138.24. On level 8 you will earn 8% on 256 people for a total of $552.96 and on level 9, you will earn 13% on 512 people for a total

• f $1,797.12 and when you add those levels up, you get a grand total of $2,522.88. To some people

that is a lot of money and for many of you who are retired, you probably worked 40 years to retire on half that amount.

For the second example, we are going to assume that you refer three people on your first level and they in turn refer three people on each of their first levels and you continue that progression through 9-

• levels. On level 1 you have 3 people. On

level 2 you have 9 people. On level 3 you have 27 people. On level 4 you have 81 people and level 5 you have 243 people.

Unilevel 3x9 Member Team Profit Share Example

You will earn nothing from the unilevel on any of these persons. You will however be able to earn profit shares from them in all three of the other Profit Share Plans With that understanding, you will start earning Unilevel Profit Shares starting on level 6 where there are 729 people. For this example, everybody only purchases one product with a Profit Share Value of $27. This example is really a rock bottom estimate of what you would earn because in reality, most people purchase more than one product per month, so the numbers shown could easily be 2-3 times higher.

There is a phenomenon in the referral based industry and it goes like this. What you do tends to duplicate throughout your team, so if you bring in three people there's a good chance they could bring in three who could bring in three etc. And, the beauty of a unilevel is that your front level can hold as many people as you can personally refer. You have seen what you could earn with a 3x9 member team. Imagine what would happen if everybody understood the power of just doing a little bit more. I won’t give the profit shares you could earn with a 4x9 success team and each person buying just one product, but do the math and have fun!

Recap Unilevel

Last, but not least is our Leadership Profit Share Plan in which we pay out 8% of the total profit shares and although we pay the smallest percentage in this plan, for those people who work hard enough to build a large member team, this one plan alone can make you fabulously wealthy. To put this into perspective, most binary compensation plans pay only 10% of the commission volume on your weakest leg and still people earn millions of dollars in these plans. Imagine if you could have and unlimited number of legs and earn up to 8% on all of them. We are talking about an unbelievable amount of money, but again, it takes time and a lot of work to build a big enough team for 8% to make you wealthy. Each of these four plans were designed to benefit you. They are extremely powerful and the best part is, they all pay you simultaneously. Global and Crown Profit Shares

Finally, your profit shares are paid to you in two ways. Eighty percent (80%) is paid to you in cash and twenty percent (20%) is paid to you in the form of credit that can be used to purchase ShopFreeMart

• products. This will be listed in your Member Dashboard under the Sales Tab as Virtual Money.

How Profit Shares Are Paid

The Chicago World's Fair in 1933 issued wooden nickels as souvenirs, and the tradition of wooden nickels as tokens and souvenirs continues to the present day. When I was growing up, it was common to receive wooden nickels from different

• stores. A wooden nickel could be redeemed for 5 cents at the establishment that

issued it. ShopFreeMart Virtual Money accomplishes the same thing as the old wooden nickels. It keeps customers coming back to ShopFreeMart to redeem their Virtual Money. ShopFreeMart pays equal profit shares on products purchased with virtual money as it does on credit card purchases. This benefits our members in three ways.
