The expectations from Education Scotland in the Curriculum for Excellence (CfE) implementation Plan 2015/2016 state that: “Schools should involve parents in developing more simple and effective means of reporting that emphasise quality of engagement rather than reams of paperwork”.

The Report Card is time consuming and just gives a general summary of the year with next steps which are immediately out of date. We think it’s better to keep you informed of progress throughout the year.
